SPARQ Systems Inc. has entered into a partnership with Integral Wealth Securities Limited to provide market-making services with the objectives of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the Company's common shares. The agreement has an initial term of three months and shall be automatically renewed for subsequent one month terms unless the Company provides at least 30 days' written notice of termination.
