Soitec, a world leader in semiconductor materials, is leading a 27-member European consortium, Move2THz, in a three-year project to develop a future generation of high-frequency semiconductors based on Indium Phosphide (InP). The project aims to address critical sectors like 6G telecommunications, photonics, and artificial intelligence, and it has received funding from the European Union and several European governments.
