Skanska has signed a contract worth USD 62M for the expansion and renovation of lab space in Raleigh, North Carolina. The project includes the construction of a new courtyard, renovation of existing buildings, and creation of modular labs, new offices, and conference space. Construction will begin in March 2025 and is expected to be completed in December 2027.
