Seven Developer Seven has awarded a $346 million contract to Alfanar Projects for the development of a new entertainment destination in the Jazan region. The venue, spanning more than 60,000 sq m, will feature attractions such as an indoor golf course, thrill rides, a cinema complex, and a Hot Wheels-themed electric karting track.
