Description

On November 20, 2025, Sadot Group Inc. entered into a Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release with Aggia LLC FZ. As part of this agreement, the Company will issue 1,050,000 shares of common stock and make a payment of $75,000 to resolve all claims and terminate a previous Services Agreement. This settlement effectively concludes all obligations and debts arising from the prior agreement.
