The Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) has recommended the cancellation of the construction contract with Ribade Company Ltd for the National Cathedral project in Ghana. CHRAJ concluded that a total of $312,394,049.53 was paid to Ribade Company Ltd for the construction, and noted that the contract was awarded illegally and void due to non-compliance with public procurement rules.
