Quinas, in partnership with global semiconductor company IQE and the Universities of Lancaster and Cardiff, has been awarded an Innovate UK project worth £1.1 million (US$1.43 million) to industrialize ULTRARAM, a new universal memory technology invented by Lancaster Physics Professor Manus Hayne.
