The dispute between MyCarrier and Project44 has escalated to a three-hour hearing at Delaware Chancery Court, with key claims including MyCarrier's violation of a contract by developing its own electronic bill of lading (eBOL) and product issues with Project44's eBOL. Project44 wants MyCarrier to halt development of a competing eBOL, while MyCarrier seeks to prevent Project44 from suspending access to services provided in a five-year contract signed in 2023.
