Description
Pasinex Arama, a subsidiary of Pasinex Resources Limited, has entered into an Option and Purchase Agreement with a local Turkish company, Aydin Teknik, for the potential purchase of 100% of the Group IV lead-zinc operating license called Sarikaya located in the Kayseri province. The agreement may lead to significant expansion of Pasinex's mining assets in the economically important carbonate-hosted Pb-Zn region of Türkiye.
