The Pasadena City Council is set to award non-exclusive police towing franchises to four companies, including A-Car Auto Repair Services, Henry’s Towing and Recovery, M&M Action Towing, and Dickson Motor Services. The franchises will be for one year with the option for up to four additional one-year renewals. The City is expected to receive a total of $90,000 annually if all four franchises are awarded.
