Description

The Pensacola City Council approved a $1.1 million contract with Pallet PBC, using American Rescue Plan Act funds, to purchase approximately 40 units of pallet shelters, as well as other builds such as bathroom and shower facilities. The city also plans to partner with local nonprofits to utilize these shelters to expand homeless shelter space in the community.
