On November 17, 2025, PacifiCorp executed a settlement term sheet totaling $150 million with 1,434 individual plaintiffs associated with the 2020 Wildfires in Oregon. This settlement follows a jury verdict in June 2023 which found the company grossly negligent. A subset of the plaintiffs was also granted the opportunity for substitution of lead counsel.
