onMain has successfully secured tax agreements with the city of Dayton, including a 15-year Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) ordinance and agreement, a 30-year Tax Increment Financing (TIF) ordinance and agreement, and a development agreement. Additionally, the city of Dayton has committed to providing $7.8 million by 2026 to support infrastructure improvements for the redevelopment project at the former Montgomery County Fairgrounds site.
