The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded Oddcore, a joint venture of Oddball and Wilcore Technologies, a recompete contract valued at $6.1 million to support the Veterans Billing System (VBS). Oddcore will manage VBS operations, maintenance, and modernization initiatives for three years.
