Centessa Pharmaceuticals has initiated a Phase 2 trial of ORX750, resulting in a milestone payment of US$3.5 million to Nxera Pharma. The milestone payment is part of Nxera's research collaboration with Centessa for the development of ORX750, an orexin receptor 2 (OX2R) agonist for the treatment of sleep/wake disorders.
