Funds managed by Northleaf Capital Partners are divesting a majority interest in the Mula solar farm located in Murcia, Spain. The sale is made to China Three Gorges (Spain) SLU, an indirect subsidiary of China Three Gorges Corp. The transaction is expected to close in early 2025.
