Ninepoint Partners LP is pleased to announce the final close of the Ninepoint 2024 Short Duration Flow-Through Limited Partnership II. The Partnership has completed the second and final closing after reaching the maximum deal size, raising $12,290,500 on the sale of an additional 491,620 Units for aggregate gross proceeds of $24,997,900. The Partnership's investment objective is to achieve capital appreciation and significant tax benefits for limited partners by investing in a diversified portfolio of Flow-Through Shares and other securities of Resource Issuers.
