News Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of Foxtel Group to DAZN Group Limited. The agreement includes the repayment of shareholder loans in the amount of A$578 million outstanding and owing to News Corp, as well as the refinancing of Foxtel’s current debt at closing.
