Description
On October 5, 2026, Netlist, Inc. has entered into a Settlement and Release Agreement and a Patent License Agreement with Micron Technology, Inc. The agreements settle all pending legal proceedings between the two companies and grant Micron a license to Netlist's patent portfolio for a term of five years. Micron will be required to pay Netlist quarterly license fees of $30 million as part of the agreement.
