NET Power Inc.'s subsidiary, Net Power, LLC, has acquired the position of Owner under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement with Saulsbury Industries. An Extension Agreement has been reached, deferring the deadline for the delivery of the notice to proceed and associated payments to March 31, 2027. If the required actions are not taken by November 15, 2026, a $3.5 million termination payment will be due. This agreement facilitates continued negotiations on amendment terms.
