Description

The $800 billion National Pension Service of Korea is partnering with Almanac Realty Investors to invest in real estate platforms and take GP stakes in real estate firms. The partnership will kick off with an initial capital commitment of $800 million across certain managed vehicles, with plans to expand over time. The NPS real estate portfolio has 54.7 trillion won ($38 billion) in assets under management as of Sept. 30, 2024, of which alternatives comprise 30.4%.
