The National Oil Corporation of Kenya (Nock) won a reprieve after the Court of Appeal suspended a lower Court's decision that ordered it to pay Great White Investment Ltd. Sh22.7 million as special and general damages for breach of contract. The Appellate Judges ruled that Nock had satisfied the threshold and requirements for the grant of orders to suspend execution of the judgement and decree.
