Mirasol Resources Ltd. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement financing, issuing 11,335,132 Units at a price of $0.45 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $5,100,809.40. The funds raised will be used to advance exploration at the Company’s flagship Sobek Project in the Vicuña Copper-Gold-Silver District of Chile and for general corporate purposes.
