Miller Industries has closed a build-to-suit financing for the development of a new 300,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Fenton, Michigan. TPG provided the development financing for the transaction. Upon completion, Miller Industries will enter into a long-term lease for the facility. The financing terms were not disclosed.
