Meridiam, ACCIONA, and ACS Infrastructure, together forming the SR400 Peach Partners consortium, have been selected as the Best Value Proposer by the Georgia Department of Transportation for the SR400 Express Lanes MMIP Project. The 16-mile corridor in the north of Atlanta will be upgraded and expanded to include dynamically-tolled free-flow express lanes.
