In 2023, Frank McCourt unveiled Project Liberty's "Better Web, Better World" manifesto at Web Summit in Lisbon. This vision for a new web is supported by the work of Amplica Labs, which is led by the tech team behind DSNP and focused on developing the next generation of digital infrastructure.
