Kirkland & Ellis advised MB2 Dental, a Charlesbank portfolio company, on a $525 million investment by private equity firm Warburg Pincus, providing liquidity options to the company’s doctor partners at an enterprise value in excess of $3.5 billion. This deal marks the company’s third recapitalization in the last seven years, and Charlesbank will continue its longstanding partnership with the company.
