Egyptian developer Madinet Masr has announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development Company for the joint development of a 42-feddan plot of land in New Heliopolis. The project is set to establish an integrated urban community combining residential and commercial spaces, with a projected revenue of 11.4 billion Egyptian pounds ($234 million) over the course of the six-year implementation.
