Liberty Defense Holdings Ltd. has announced the completion of the acceleration of the expiry date of common share purchase warrants and the issuance of 5,414,275 common shares on the exercise of these warrants. The company also closed a private placement on December 18th, 2024, raising $8m and receiving an additional $2.9 million in proceeds, strengthening its capacity and positioning the company for the successful execution of its long-term strategy.
