Lafayette Real Estate has announced a land acquisition to develop a build-to-rent (BTR) community called Grand Reserve in the Tampa suburb of New Port Richey, Florida. This marks the firm's 15th BTR deal since last year, representing more than 1,000 units and $300 million of capital in seven metropolitan areas across the U.S. sunbelt.
