L3Harris Technologies has been awarded a contract worth more than $150 million over 20 years to upgrade the New York Thruway Authority's critical communications infrastructure. The company will supply base stations to roughly 40 sites from New York City to the western border of Canada and more than 1,800 radios for maintenance and system support.
