Description
The Fair Trade Commission has ordered Krafton and Nexon Korea to prevent recurrence on charges of violating the subcontracting law by not properly issuing contracts for subcontracted game production. Krafton was fined 36 million won for entrusting 42 services to multiple suppliers with delayed contract issuance and payments, while Nexon Korea was fined 32 million won for similar violations with 75 services.
