Description

BWX Technologies has signed an agreement and committed $525 million to purchase Kinectrics, a nuclear services company that operates in East Tennessee and is building a first-of-its-kind test facility in Oak Ridge. After the acquisition closes, Kinectrics will operate as a subsidiary under the same brand and management team as BWXT.
