Kinder Morgan, Inc. has agreed to purchase a natural gas gathering and processing system in North Dakota valued at $640 million from Outrigger Energy II LLC. This strategic acquisition will allow Kinder Morgan to expand its footprint and provide additional transportation and processing services to meet the growing needs of its customers.
