Description

KalVista Pharmaceuticals has closed a synthetic royalty financing agreement with DRI Healthcare Trust for up to $179 million, to be used for the commercialization of sebetralstat, pending FDA approval. The deal includes an upfront payment of $100 million, with additional milestone payments totaling $57 million. DRI has also expressed interest in investing up to $5 million in KalVista’s common stock.
