Description
ChemImage, a small biotech firm, is suing Johnson & Johnson over a 2019 partnership that resulted in a breach of contract. The trial in federal court in Manhattan will determine the outcome, with potential penalties of $180 million for ChemImage. The lawsuit alleges that J&J's decision to retreat from its surgical robotics endeavor led to the termination of the contract and negatively impacted ChemImage's technology development.
