Janus Henderson Group plc has entered into a multifaceted strategic partnership with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. As part of the partnership, Janus Henderson will manage a $45 billion investment grade public fixed income portfolio for Guardian and will receive up to $400 million of seed capital from Guardian to fuel innovation in securitized credit and fixed income products.
