Description
The Army has decided to allow some of the protesters back into the ITES-4H competition for the $10 billion ITES-4 Hardware contract after being hit with protests at the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims. Three companies, including Insight Public Sector, Countertrade Products, and Norseman, will proceed to the third phase of the competition, with the Army aiming to make 17 awards for the 10-year vehicle.
