Intermap Technologies has increased the offering size in response to high demand, with the second tranche of the Offering including the issuance of 2,085,000 Common Shares at a price of CAD$0.45 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of CAD$938,250. To date, the Company has issued an aggregate of 4,855,000 Shares under the Offering for aggregate gross proceeds of CAD$2,184,750.
