Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer announced the award of a $30 million contract for the design and construction of the City’s first-ever dedicated senior center to Integrated Community Development of Woodland Hills. The senior center, expected to break ground in 2025, will provide a wide range of programs and services for seniors, including meal and nutrition programs, health and wellness programs, art programs, along with amenities like pickleball courts, bocci ball courts, green space, landscaped garden areas, and pedestrian walkways.
