Inogen, Inc. announced a strategic collaboration with Jiangsu Yuyue Medical Equipment & Supply Co., Ltd. (Yuwell), aimed at broadening Inogen’s product portfolio through distribution of certain respiratory products, expanding and enhancing Inogen’s innovation pipeline through R&D collaboration, and accelerating Inogen’s brand entry into the Chinese market. Yuwell also agreed to invest approximately $27.2 million in Inogen, representing a 9.9% common equity interest.
