Inogen, Inc. has entered into a strategic collaboration with Jiangsu Yuyue Medical Equipment & Supply Co., Ltd. (Yuwell), a global home healthcare medical device manufacturer, to broaden its product portfolio, expand its global reach, and enhance its innovation pipeline. Yuwell has also agreed to invest approximately $27.2 million in Inogen, representing a 9.9% common equity interest.
