INDUS Realty Trust, Inc. has acquired a majority interest in a modern 4.3 million square foot logistics portfolio, known as the Carolinas Portfolio, from Childress Klein. The portfolio, valued at $575 million, comprises 21 buildings and is part of a joint venture with CK, retaining a minority ownership stake.
