Documents have revealed how Halidu Maryam Mohammed, a civil servant with the Federal Government of Nigeria, was involved in contract racketeering using the company, INCO Investments Nigeria Limited, in violation of the Code of Conduct and Tribunal (CCBT) Act, diverting over ₦129 million to the company's account. The payments were made for construction projects and promotion of renewable energy and solar street lights works in different states.
