Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) has been awarded a $197 million contract to support the enhancement of power and mobility of vehicles in service with US forces under the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command’s Ground Vehicle Systems Center (CCDC GVSC). The contract will involve research and development efforts to enhance ground combat systems and service lifecycle for a range of army vehicles.
