HHS Plans New Contract Vehicle for Professional Services from Small Businesses

The Health and Human Services Department has initiated the development of a new contract vehicle, called HHS One Professional Services Solution (HOPPS), to acquire professional services from small businesses. HOPPS is designed to support the entire department and other federal agencies on a “case-by-case basis,” and will be divided into two task areas focusing on science, technology, engineering, math activities, and business and operational services that support STEM activities.
