HDB Financial Services, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, has confirmed in a filing that it is set to launch its much-anticipated Initial Public Offering (IPO) and Offer for Sale (OFS) of equity shares, amounting to Rs 12,500 crore. The IPO will consist of a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 2,500 crore and an OFS worth Rs 10,000 crore, aiming to raise capital from the equity market.
