Halozyme Therapeutics announced its non-binding proposal to acquire Evotec SE for 2.0 billion euros, representing a premium of 109% to Evotec’s undisturbed share price. The proposed partnership aims to diversify and extend Halozyme's revenue and EBITDA growth, enable ongoing investments in Evotec’s early-stage programs and new technologies, and significantly expand and diversify Halozyme’s revenue and EBITDA over the next decade.
