The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) received a $20 million federal grant from the Federal Transit Administration's All Stations Accessibility Program to improve accessibility at seven stations along its Green Line light rail. The grant, awarded through the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, will fund renovations including new concrete platforms, tactile warning panels, redesigned ramps, and parking improvements. Once completed, all 11 stations on the Green Line will be ADA accessible. The project aims to serve riders with mobility challenges throughout the Northeast Ohio region.
