Goldshore Resources Inc. has entered into a partnership with Eight Capital and Clarus Securities Inc. to launch a private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $12,500,000. The proceeds will be used to incur eligible Canadian exploration expenses and flow-through mining expenditures to advance the Moss Gold Deposit.
